• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Book when you want, the sooner the better..

• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? Me, and my 2nd photographer.

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? 500.00 to reserve your date. Then the remaining balance is split into two payments..

• What is your event cancellation policy? I have one, and it's part of my contact..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? I have one, and it's part of my contact..

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? I have several, please view them online..

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? Yes, and usually with-in 1 to 2 weeks..

• Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? We are 100% digital.

• What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? My setup begins with two state of the art Canon digital cameras, one main and one backup, along with a variety of Canon lenses. Multiple battery packs are used so that I'm always ready to shoot no matter how long the wedding runs. Images are regularly transferred to a portable storage device and immediately backed up to ensure we have multiple copies of all photos. Images are also checked as I shoot and then again during the transfer to verify that every scene is captured correctly. If for some reason we are unable to take your formal pictures outside I have a portable portrait system that we can use inside. Consisting of a background system that can be up to 11’ high and 12’ across with a Photoflex Umbrella Kit. That Includes: 2 - 45" Umbrellas, 2 - 8' Light Stands. I also utilize three Canon 580ex strobes with this kit. If needed the strobes can also be used for the reception lighting, providing powerful illumination for even the darkest rooms..

• Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much? Comes with my packegs.

• Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? My team is 2 Photographers & 1 Assistant/Photographer.

• Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? I shoot digital so any photo can be made into a black and white picture..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? I travel all over, anything over 60 miles in some cases have a travel small fee..

• How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? I am unobtrusive, capturing moments as they occur and I have the ability to be ready for the ones that are special, fun, and surprising! I combine a mixture of formal, semi-formal and photojournalistic styles to capture your special day from beginning to end (from special father daughter moments to the loving glances exchanged between the happy couple).

• How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? Unlimited number of photos taken and we normally do not work from a list, however it works alot better if you apoint someone who knows who is who at the wedding so the formals can be completed in the least amount of time, so you can get back to parting..

• How many weddings have you photographed? I have been a professional photographer since 1991.
