• What are your standard payment terms? At the signing of the agreement of understanding, a nonrefundable honorarium deposit payable to Rev. Anthony P. Zubek, D.D. is due. Any honorarium balance is due four weeks before the wedding date..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? The agreement of understanding is not signed until after the ceremony is agreeded upon therefore no "customer satisfaction cancellation policy" is in effect..

• What is your event cancellation policy? To secure the wedding date and time there is a nonrefundable honorarium deposit required at the time of the signing of the agreement of understanding. The nonrefundable balance of the honorarium is due four weeks before the scheduled wedding date..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee? Rev. Zubek will travel with the Northeast Ohio area of Family Event Services ministry. For normal activity there is no mileage charge; however, unique requests will be factored into the area traveled and the honorarium..

• How many wedding do you officiate a year? In season, Rev. Zubek averages two weddings per weekend. Out of season Rev. Zubek averages .5 weddings per weekend..

• What kind of pre-wedding counseling is required, if any? Development of ceremony to be performed.

• How long after the ceremony do you file for the official marriage license? Within three business days.

• What documents do I need to bring to our first meeting? Concept of ceremony Date certain that couple will secure marriage license.

• Will you marry couples of different faiths or previous divorce? yes.

• Do you normally attend the reception? Upon request, if not scheduled for another family event service.
